Spinal pathologies cause more disability, activity limitation, and work

absenteeism than any other medical condition. Over 80% of adults around the world experience issues with their back at some point in their lives. Our goal is to improve access to specialist spinal consultations for Ontario's patients. As regional healthcare providers, our fellowship-trained spinal surgeons treat patients with a range of common and complex conditions, including degenerative arthritis, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, deformities, traumatic injuries such as fractures, tumours, and infections.
